Went for Dr. Jason’s SMILE Pro. It was very fast, smooth, and painless. Vision was noticeably better right after the procedure, and became great in a week’s time. The attendants and optometrist are all friendly and professional. Amelia was very informative, thorough and patient in the pre-screening procedures, and a shout out to Shiva, who was very friendly and pleasant to work with doing the follow-up checks.

Did relex smile laser 2 years ago. This year is entering my 3rd year and i’ve been coming back for annual checkups. Their service has never disappointed me. They always reply and do checkups promptly and professionally. They even have their own mini cafe which the drinks are FOC. The barista is professional and quick to order. You can tell they use premium hot chocolate powder as it tastes amazing.

recently had my eyes checked by Christopher, and I’m really impressed with the service! He was very thorough during the examination, super friendly, and most importantly, his explanations were extremely clear and easy to understand — even for someone who doesn’t know much about eye health.

I loves the way they treat me. It’s already 4 years and 8 months since last time i do lasix here. This time i was review by staff Erica Lee. She’s very helpful and friendly. She even help me charge my phones omg she’s so helpful and I feel like i can relax around her and ask whatever concern that cross mu mind. My own experience all staff are very helpful and hospitable. Recently we had our SMILE Pro correction surgery at Optimax TTDI, and the whole experience was excellent.
I first heard about SMILE Pro from a colleague who had a great experience at Optimax. Although our preferred doctor wasn’t available on our chosen date, the clinic recommended Dr. Jason Ngo, who has 3 decades of experience. He turned out to be fantastic — professional, reassuring, and thorough in his explanations, which helped us feel at ease.
We initially did our suitability tests at Optimax Johor Bahru. Once confirmed, we booked our surgery at Optimax Kuala Lumpur. On surgery day, the process was quick and comfortable — about 10 seconds per eye — with no pain at all. Dr. Jason explained each step and calmly counted down during the laser process, which made the whole procedure stress-free.
Immediately after surgery, my vision was already noticeably clearer. The next day, it improved further, and follow-up checks were conveniently arranged at different branches for my boyfriend and me. Everything was seamless thanks to the well-coordinated team.
Special thanks to the staff for being friendly, responsive, and organised from start to finish. I’m very happy with the results and would confidently recommend Optimax TTDI to anyone considering SMILE Pro surgery.

Recently did SMILE Pro Lasik with Optimax Eye Specialist. I was well taken care by Dr Jason Ngo and his team. They were patience and professional with their skillsets. Before proceeding with the surgery, Dr Jason Ngo give a brefing on the procedure and what to expect. After the surgery was completed which was less then 15mins, he give another check to ensure that everything was done properly. Highly recommend Dr Jason Ngo and Optimax Centre for SMILE PRO Lasik.
